美国商业文件怎么公证？

以美国公司的名义进行的商业行为等是需要提供美国公司商业文件的，其美国公司商业文件是不能直接在其境外使用的，需要办理相关的公证认证手续之后方能被认可。

1、公司章程和公司存续证明：公司章程在注册公司时已经在州务卿备档，所以在公司注册所在地州务卿申请核证副本就可以了

2、银行资信证明：银行资信证明需要去开户行申请银行资信证明

3、会议纪要：一般情况下，如果股东之间涉及到民事纠纷就需要用到会议纪要

1、把资料准备齐全委托美国当地的国际公正律师进行公证

2、其次把公证好之后的文件送往美国外交部办理认证

3、最后送往中国驻美国大使馆办理领事认证
